Ice, Always Ice, Baby!

Seriously – It’s winter and we’re getting nothing but ice!
If it’s gonna be cold and things are gonna fall from the sky I’d rather have snow BUT where I live we don’t get that as much.
Just ice that looks like snow because there’s so much of it!
BUT the dogs love it so we go out and play even if it’s 20* and we’re cold.

As you can see Benny needs a new winter vest LOL!
His is a little small now but his grandma got it for him a few years ago when he was smaller and not as beefy!
So yesterday it looked like a scarf LOL!
But at least his neck was warm!

But today the ice is finally melting and the roads are clear which means we can finally leave the house tomorrow – but here’s the fun kicker – I have shingles now!
I mean it’s always something, right?
I had someone tell me that after they had covid their shingles activated too – because our immune systems are compromised – so it makes sense.
But they’re on the mend too but I’m like come on, whyyyyyyyyyyyy.

But it IS the perfect time of year to watch Gilmore Girls – and if you know me you know I love me some Gilmore Girls!
I’m already on season 3 – moving right along but it’s easy to do when you work at home and work on the computer.
I just play it in the background while I work because at this point I really don’t need to watch the show to know what’s going on.
What can ya do?!
