I saw a TikTok the other day where someone was talking about the 75 Hard and I was curious and looked it up and thought “HMMMM this is interesting!“
And now I’m on day 5! LOL!
I looked it up that night, bought the app for 4.99 and started the next day!
I thought it would be harder than it is but so far, 5 days in, I’m loving it!
I have really enjoyed working out for 45 minutes twice a day because it just makes me feel better AND makes me feel like I have accomplished something!
Which is really nice.
You’ve got to do the workouts that fit for you, read the books that fit for you and eat the diet that works for you and that’s what I like about it.
It’s not a YOU MUST DO IT THIS WAY because the same thing doesn’t work for everyone – and that’s a good thing!

Every single day this is what you do and make it count because it’s awesome!
I am really enjoying it and I think if you’re looking for a flexible but structured program then this is a good one for you!
