So – not gonna lie – one of my favorite foods is Potato Skins.
I just freaking love em.
And making them at home they’re just never as good – BUT I have found a way to make them (sort of) and it’s just as good so I thought I would share with you.

Ingredients –
*Medium/Small Potatoes cut up into smaller chunks
*3/4 Stick of Butter
*Shredded Cheese
*Cooked and Diced Bacon
*Ranch to Dip (or any other dipping sauce you may enjoy)
Directions –
*Melt the 3/4 stick of butter in a big pan on Medium
*Toss in the potatoes to cook until golden brown and soft to chew.
*Remove from heat and put in a bowl or on a plate.
*Add cheese and bacon to taste.
*ENJOY!!!
Truly it’s SO EASY and SO TASTY!
What I love is that the potatoes are soft and not hard/crunchy like when you cook them in oil!
I just know my husband will be requesting these so many times – especially since we had them twice yesterday! LOL!!

Seriously – it’s so good and so easy and now I want it.
If you like potato skins then this definitely is for you!
XOXO
