Apparently two dogs and two cats weren’t enough.
So… meet Goose. 😂
If you’ve been following me on social media, you’ve probably already seen his little orange face approximately 700 times. But somehow, I haven’t officially introduced him here on the blog yet.
And obviously that needs to change.
So everyone, meet Goose Craven Gravestone Ferguson.

Yes. That is his full name.
No. I will not be taking questions at this time. 😂
And Then There Were Five…
Before Goose came along, we already had quite the crew.
Benny and Cash, our dogs.
Draco, my black cat and little familiar.
Falcor, my fluffy white snuggle baby.
And apparently I looked around at this house full of animals and thought…
You know what this place needs?
An orange cat.
Because nothing says peace and stability like adding orange-cat energy to an already chaotic household. 😂
Enter: Goose 🧡
Goose came to us in 2026 through SEMO Pets, and the second he entered our lives, he fit right into the madness.
He is orange.
He is adorable.
He is vocal.
He is nosy.
And he is VERY committed to being involved in whatever is happening.
Honestly, I’m pretty sure Goose believes everything happening inside this house is specifically his business.
If someone is doing something, Goose needs to know about it.
If something moves, Goose needs to investigate it.
If I tell Goose to stop doing something, there’s a pretty good chance he’s going to look directly at me and continue doing it anyway.
You know.
Orange cat things.
Meeting the Boys
Of course, bringing a new cat into a house with other cats always makes you wonder how everyone is going to react.
There was definitely some hissing at first.
Falcor wasn’t exactly convinced that we needed another brother, and Draco apparently decided he needed to supervise the entire situation.
But slowly, everyone started figuring each other out.
And then one day I caught Draco grooming Goose.
😭
EXCUSE ME.
My little black cat accepted the tiny orange intruder.
That was basically it for me.
You’re family now, Goose.
No refunds.
He Fits Right In
One of my favorite things about having multiple pets is how completely different all of their personalities are.

Benny is Benny… the original baby and the reason You, Me & Benny exists in the first place.
Cash is his own special brand of chaos.
Draco is my spooky little familiar.
Falcor is my sweet snuggle baby.
And Goose?
Goose is our tiny orange menace. 😂
He brings a completely different energy to the house, and somehow it feels like he was supposed to be here all along.
Our house is louder now.
There’s more cat hair.
There are more tiny paws running through the house.
Someone is probably doing something they’re not supposed to be doing at this exact moment.
And I wouldn’t change it.
Welcome Home, Goose 🧡
I always think it’s funny how you can have a house full of animals and think your family feels complete…
and then another one comes along.
Suddenly you can’t imagine the house without them.
That’s Goose.
He’s silly, sweet, curious, mischievous, and completely ridiculous.
He’s already made himself right at home with Benny, Cash, Draco, and Falcor… and he’s definitely made himself at home with us.
So even though this introduction is VERY overdue…
Welcome to You, Me & Benny, Goose Craven Gravestone Ferguson. 🧡
You may be the newest member of the family, but you’ve already managed to make yourself one of the main characters.
Which is the most orange-cat thing you could possibly do. 😂🐈🧡
