We love it – and if you’re like me and you’re picky it’s hard to find GOOD food that you want to eat all the time.
Well guys – I found my favorite meal.
I would literally eat it all day long if I could but I do eat if often.
All it is is chicken, rice and black beans with hot sauce.
THAT IS IT!
- 1 Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breast
- 1 Cup White Rice (or rice of your choosing)
- 1/2 – 1 Cup Black Beans
- Hot Sauce to taste (I use hooters but Red’s is a good option too)
Honestly I love it.
It does look messy but it’s not and it’s REALLY simple to make food wise and time wise!
I think for like a week straight this is all I ate for a week – and I never do that so that should tell you how delicious it is right there.
Of course if chicken isn’t your thing you can always use steak or any meat of your choosing – that’s totally your call!
