That’s right folks – Fall is here and I hate being cold so walking outside is over for me.
Seriously – I hate being cold. LOL
So we joined our local gym and today was our first morning back!
The first day back is always the hardest.
Am I gonna be tired today or tomorrow?
Will I survive?
Why is walking on a treadmill so much harder than walking outside?
So many thoughts BUT you always kill it just by showing up!
I didn’t go crazy this morning – I knew that if I did I would regret it tomorrow so I played it safe.
One mile on the treadmill and some arm workouts.
3 sets of 12 bicep curls
3 sets of 12 shoulder raises
3 sets of 12 tricep kickbacks
3 sets of 12 chest flies
Not too crazy – perfect for my first morning back.
Me and my moon pants were thrilled lol.
But I got to watch Jason Lives – Friday the 13th Part VI while on the treadmill and then listen to SiriusXM while working out so it’s fine.
