I love carving pumpkins with my husband this time of year – but I also love seasoning and baking the seeds that come out of the pumpkin!
It’s sooooooo good!
It’s a simple, tasty, healthy treat and it’s one I love to make each year.
But before we get into the recipe let me show you our pumpkins this year!

Eric carved Michael Myers and I carved Sam.
We put a poll on my Facebook and Sam won by one vote on who’s was better LOL but they’re both really good!
Pumpkin Seed Recipe
This recipe is REALLY simple – all you need is pumpkin seeds and Strawberry’s seasoning that you can get here – https://amzn.to/3GjuIh9
Ingredients –
Pumpkin Seeds
Strawberry’s Seasoning

Preparation/Cooking Instructions –
Pre-heat oven to 425*
Cover a pan with aluminum foil
Wash pumpkin seeds and leave damp
Coat seeds with as much seasoning as you’d like and spread seeds on aluminum foil covered pan.
Place in oven and cook for 10-15 minutes or until they have the perfect crunch.
(Our oven is older so it takes a little longer to bake things – check at 10 minutes to see if they need to go longer)
Let cool and serve!

They’re SOOOO good!
I could eat them all year long but – can’t get pumpkins all year long.
LOL
Let me know how you cook your seeds if you do them differently – and if you try my recipe let me know what you think!
