Last week we went on a 7-day beach vacation in Orange Beach, Alabama… and let me tell you – if someone were to give me a house down there I’d move there tomorrow.
It’s fabulous!
We stayed at the Island House Hotel on the water, which was gorgeous!
Not too big, not too small! It was perfect for us!
I highly recommend this hotel – but also don’t stay here so it’s not crowded when we go back LOL!
We checked in on Saturday for a week-long stay that we seriously needed and we knew as soon as we checked in that this place was perfect for us.
Food? Check!
Drinks? Check!
Beach? Check!
What else do you need?! LOL
We saw a few boats and birds sitting on the beach LOL And one of them was actually the dolphin cruise we went on! LOL But that will be another post – because it’s fabulous and I have to tell you all about it!
The trip was wonderful – we went to lots of great restaurants, we went to some arcades and won a bunch of nonsense, we got a great tan and had a freaking blast on a dolphin cruise.
But the best part was just sitting on the beach – relaxing together and enjoying the refreshing ocean air.
And the food – OF COURSE – isn’t that what you go on vacation for? To eat?!
We do this thing when we go on vacation – when we’re done – and we’re like what was your favorite part and what was your least favorite part.
