It’s August – and of course, I’ve been MIA as I always am in the Summer.
But here I am – welcoming August into my life because it means it’s almost the best time of year… Spooky Season.
We’ve had a surprisingly busy Summer.
Normally, we don’t do a lot or take small vacations but we have been busy and it’s been nice!

WE ARE EXHAUSTED but it’s been awesome so it’s fine.
I have been losing weight too – which is amazing! And it was one of my biggest goals for the year was to get back to losing weight and working on myself so I can be happier and healthier.
Things are looking great in that aspect and I love it!
Working on yourself and making yourself feel better is a feeling like no other and I love that I am actually doing the work and seeing results and being happy about it.
I’ve also started Halloween shopping! LOL
IT’S IN THE STORES so why can’t I buy it?!
Marshalls is killing me but I love that it’s affordable prices – so it’s fine.
For example – these ADORABLE rugs are one of my favorites I’ve found and I thought the dogs could use them as their bowl rugs and then I can just keep them out all the time.
Win Win.
I’ve also been to the movies 2 times in July – Barbie OF COURSE and Haunted Mansion.
Both are good movies – Barbie is in my head 24/7 and I am obsessed and I need to buy it and watch the Ken war on a loop for the rest of my life.
No big deal, right?!
Now we are getting ready for a WEEK long beach trip that is WAY overdue and we cannot wait to get down there, get our toes in the sand, and relax for a whole week.
It’s going to be fabulous!
