Spooky Family Photos and Weight Loss Update

You can count on me to go “it has been a while” and then come back with a blog post for the ages.
So here I am – how’ve ya been?

We take pics in October 1 because it’s gorgeous outside and 2 because it’s our anniversary month.
Thankfully we found a fantastic photographer who always is down for whatever we want to do and lets our dogs act insane because they want to play instead of take pictures.
They are cute though so what can ya do?

We’re spooky.
We’re cute.
We are the weirdos, mister.

I always encourage people to be themselves – and while we may have felt goofy putting on Ghostface masks and taking pictures we absolutely love them!

NOW – weight loss.

If you’ve followed me for a long time you know I’ve struggled with losing weight and being happy with my body for a long, long time.
And here we are – talking about weight loss.
But this time we are in a better place!
We’re happier and doing what we can and knowing that’s enough.

And even though I am not where I want to be I sure am on the right track!
and I’m so glad!

Sometimes I work out – but my main thing is eating somewhat healthy and getting 10,000 steps a day every single day.
That’s it.

With work it’s hard to work out – I don’t really have time to go to the gym because I’m gone from 630-530 every single day and I am TIRED by the time I get home.
So if I work out it’s in the morning before work but it’s not a daily thing.
You just have to find what works for you – and this is working for me!
Finally!

You just have to focus on the positive – and that’s really what I’ve been trying to do.
