It’s officially 2025, and, as usual, I am coming into the New Year with some sickness.
It literally happens every.single.year. and I am not sure why I am not used to it by now – but here we are.
So we brought in the New Year (didn’t even make it to midnight) watching the FIRST season of Squid Game (because we’re behind the times), and now we’re onto Season 2.
We go hard.
2024 was a good year for us!
We bought a Pink Jeep! I thought I was going to keep my white Jeep forever, but I was easily persuaded when we saw the Pink one!
We celebrated birthdays, traveled, and hung out with some of our favorite people.
We finally acquired the Home Depot 12 ft Skeleton – which was our goal – and we met many celebrities when we went to our first-ever Scarefest!
We ended the year getting a CAT! Who knew!
I finally talked Eric into getting a cat, and he loves it even though he didn’t think he was a “cat guy“!

Benny and Cash had a good year, too. We even did the viral pet pictures with the wrapping paper, and they turned out SO CUTE!
This one was my favorite. Cash and that tongue! LOL
My podcast Pawprints and Perspectives has been on hold during the holidays, but we’ve officially reached over 100 plays, and I am SO grateful that you guys listen and enjoy!
