October is always really busy for us – and this year is no different.
All the good things happen this month!
Halloween, our anniversary, birthdays, and so much more!
Saturday was my sisters wedding.
Technically, she is my stepsister – but I just call her sister.
It was a gorgeous day and a gorgeous wedding – she couldn’t have had a more perfect day if she tried. The weather cooperated beautifully!

So after the wedding and some of the reception, we went home so we could get some sleep and get ready to get up the next morning to head to St. Louis for a quick comic con.
The whole point of the trip was to meet the one and only Bruce Campbell…
AND WE DID!!!
While we were there, we thought, ‘Well, if there is anyone here who is affordable and we’d like to meet, we might as well, since we drove all this way.’
And we did!
We met Scott Patterson, the one and only Luke Danes from Gilmore Girls, and Kimberly J Brown and Daniel Kountz from the Disney Movies Halloweentown!
It was a long weekend, and today I am tired – but it was so worth it.
And now next weekend we are going back to ScareFest for our anniversary!
