I am not a breakfast person.
I never have been – ever.
When I was in school I’d roll out of bed, brush my teeth and go.
Now that I’m an adult I’m like ‘meh I’ll eat later’ but guess what fools – you can’t do that when you’re counting Macros because you have to eat soooo much and allllll day.
So now I eat something that fills me up and doesn’t make me want to cry lol – seriously I hate eating breakfast.
So today’s breakfast issssss –
Egg McMuffin with Cheese! YUM
Also how CUTE is that little egg pan? I love it!
- Grab one Egg Muffin (nooks and crannies is what I used), one large egg and 5 cubes of colby jack cheese. (feel free to use whatever cheese you want but that’s what sounded good to me!)
- Cook your egg in the pan until it’s cooked how you like it – mine is over easy but it’s up to you!
- Cook the muffin – we cooked ours in the air fryer for a few minutes to also melt the cheese on it as well and it worked wonders!
- When your muffin is done put one tbsp of butter on the side of the muffin with no cheese then add your egg when it’s done and viola!
and perfect for people who aren’t a fan of breakfast!
My Macros for this meal were as follows – 24.5 g Carbs, 20 g Protein, and 25 g Fat.
I ate extra cheese while cooking because I needed more fat for the day.
Don’t judge. LOL!
As you can see – all green thumbs!
And that’s what you want so I am going good even when I am full like today and feel like I am NOT doing it right …. I know I am!
