This morning I woke up to tornado sirens going off.
Well – I was already kind of awake because my husband gets up at 5ish to get ready for work but I was falling BACK to sleep and heard sirens so I jumped out of bed and found him in the house and asked WHAT DO WE DO IS THERE A TORNADO?!
He didn’t even hear the sirens so he had no idea!
I was in a panic.
Turns out – I assume this is a new thing – our town will now sound the sirens when we are under a tornado warning.
As far as I know they’ve never done this before so when I heard the sirens I thought twister was happening and it was time to find a place to hide.
Which, by the way, we have no good place in our house.
I hate it.
BUT in other news I have sold a new books and that’s exciting!
I think it’s been 6 so far which is pretty good for only being out a few days – I can’t wait to get to those double digits and just keep climbing!
