Sometimes you need to have self confidence – and by sometimes I mean all the time.
and let me tell you – most of the time I do not have it.
But lately I have been working on myself and trying to do better and it’s put me in a better mood and made things better for me internally.
Now if my body would just adapt physically.
I started a workout program on YouTube called GrowWithJo and let me tell you – I love her!
She’s fun, they’re all workouts you can do at home with ease and they don’t hurt my knee like most workouts do!
This is the latest one I did – and it’s so fun!
And it’s SUCH a great workout!

I’ve also rejoined Macrostaxx and I’m trying to get my macros in order so I can lose weight as well – so I can be happy – and let me tell you it’s just so hard.
But I am trying and that’s what matters.
I have to get to my goals and that’s that.
No other options or questions about it.
I think with these workouts and counting my macros I can do it.
And you can too – if you’re trying!
I need to be happy with myself so I can be happy all the time.
That’s all that matters.
