Hello 2023

It’s here.
2023.
We can kiss 2022 goodbye and if you’re like us we’re glad to see that SOB go.
We’ve got some big plans for 2023 – so let’s talk about them.
Who knows – you may want to use some of these too!

Work Goals –

Fitness Goals –

  • Workout 3 days a week minimum
  • Get 10k steps a day no matter what
  • No alcohol at all
  • Take progress pics once a month
  • Don’t obsess over the scale

I realize it’s a lot – but I’ve got dreams baby!
And 2023 is going to be my year – I can feel it.

2022 was filled with a lot – highs and lows – and some of the best and worst days.
But we survived, we got better, we grew and we made it.
Isn’t that what it’s all about?

2022 was good – but 2023 will be great!

  1. I need to get fit too, and healthy, and lose weight. I did well over 18 months to Easter, then it all went downhil, so I definitely need to get back to it. again. Happy new year
