Yoga For The Soul

It’s been a while since I have done yoga and let me tell you…
Now that I’ve done it I’m thinking I should just have kept stretching all day long because it felt so good.
I mean that’s probably NOT a good thing but it would have felt nice in the moment.

When I do yoga I opt for Yoga with Adriene on YouTube.
She’s awesome.
I love her videos and she’s so calm and nice and her dog is adorable which helps!
Check her out if you need a good stretch for anything in your life.
She’s my favorite.

I also opt for some of my favorite things when working out – like my Yoga Mat that I will not give up EVEN IF THERE’S A FIRE!
It’s amazing and just thick enough and comfortable for my hands and knees and feet.
Mine looks like the one pictured below but there are many options to choose from to match your style.

I definitely recommend!

Today I used yoga for cramps but now I am going to try to get in a few sessions a week.
She’s got MANY options to choose from so I can’t wait to dive in.
Plus I am 0% limber and I need some flexibility in my life LOL!
