So our 10 year anniversary is in 80 something days.
That means I have 80 something days to get in a bikini and not be mad about it – who wants to guess how that’s been working out?
So here I am onto a workout program – which is at home – that I actually like and actually feel like will work with me.
So now I shall share it with you!
I truly don’t know how I found her – but on YouTube there is a channel called GrowWithJo and it’s like at home walking/dance workouts and I actually love it.
It gives me a great workout.
It’s all around a good time and something that doesn’t kill my knee like most workouts.
I am enjoying it.

She’s even got an app you can download and use and sign up for if you want all that extra stuff – but you don’t have to!
And I’m really enjoying it.
Who knew I would ever say I liked working out at home? LOL not me!
I’ve really known I had to get it together for a while – but you know – once you get in that headspace of ‘I can’t do it’ and you get stuck there it’s hard to get out.
But hopefully we’re fine now because this seems like something that’s really going to work for me.
I am even trying not to weigh myself – and if you know me personally you know that is HARD TO DO – so… send help.
But I got this.

I am ALWAYS down for anything comfortable and these look perfect!
I also thought about getting some light weights to help tone my arms when I workout – because some she actually does use 2 lb weights so I will be needing that too.
