I’ve decided what my big goal is – I want to do a Tough Mudder.
I’ve never done one – obviously as I am not in shape at ALL – but I have seen and know a lot of people that have done them and I want to.
It seems like a good goal to have, right?
Like I need something to show that I did it, I have completed my goal and hit my goal and now I want to PROVE how strong I have become.
So why not do a tough mudder?
It’s kind of scary because I’m like that’s so many people and that’s so many SUPER fit people doing it so I don’t want to be like, the slow out of shape one that is the last to finish but really none of that matters.
If I go, if I accomplish my goal and if I finish that’s all that matters.
I just want to prove myself to myself and this seems like the perfect way to do it.
I have a goal.
I’m going to smash it.
And that’s that.
The one I found is in April of 2022 so it’s really not at the END of my fitness goal but I plan on being in enough shape by then to be able to finish it and prove myself.
Then I can come back happy, finish getting in shape for sure and go again when I’m in the best shape I’ve ever been in and finish even better than I did the first time.
Sounds like a plan to me!
I’m gonna do it.
I CAN do it.
It’s going to happen and we’ll all see.
I can’t wait to prove myself to me.
